EComStation Serenity Systems licensed the operating system OS/2 at the end of 2000. The software is sold under the product name eComStation. The license provides no access to the OS/2 source code. The first release came out in 2001 and was based on Convenience Pak 1 of OS/2, supplemented with useful third party software. EComStation 1.1 based on OS/2 4.52 has been published on 2003-05-24. The Panorama VESA video driver extends the compatibility to even more graphics cards. WiFi and network cards are now much better covered with included drivers.
