There should be nothing in there that won't reappear once you get reconnected. Converting OST to PST is only needed if you've lost your connection to the Server for some reason. These OST files are from Outlook 365 2016. The email accounts were IMAP accounts without Contact information being synced with the server. Undoubtedly Exchange is recommended for anyone who wants to safeguard their emails, notes, calendar and contacts.
