Autodesk inventor 2015 free download. The product was exactly as advertised, and appears to be very high quality. Installed it on my American Standard in less than 5 minutes and it's attractive and works perfectly. I did not experience this issue reported by others of the toilet seat bumping it, my toilet design is such that the lever is a bit farther to the left than the seat.
I took off a star because I hate that hermetically sealed packaging that requires a knife, industrial scissors, and possibly a nuclear warhead to bust into it. This was a great purchase as it replaced the cracked white handle that came with the house when we bought it. I liked it, we get a lot of compliments on it.

Great product, great instructions, fast shipping! May 14, 2012 Before the new handle can be installed, the old handle needs to be removed from the tank properly. Shut off the water valve to the toilet and flush the toilet to drain any water from the tank. Remove the lid from the toilet tank. Unscrew the wing nut that holds the tank lever.
It is in the hall bathroom that gets moderate use, out of three bathrooms. (We also have the master bath and the kids have a bathroom downstairs.) I'm giving it three stars because it is the first one to die. It no longer bounces back after a flush, causing the toilet to run if you do not manually turn it back. (Spring is shot.) I replaced all three almost three years ago, and this is the only one of this style. I don't recall if they were the same brands.
Sadly I'll probably buy it again because it matches my current theme and is competitively priced, I'll just have to remember it. Does the job and seems well made, nice & heavy, solid, etc. The problem for me was an aesthetic one. The base that sits against the outside of the tank wasn't flush with the plastic component that sits inside the handle and goes INTO the tank.
That left a small gap and I could see the hole where the handle enters the tank. Either make the base of the handle flush with the interior components, or make it wide enough that it'll cover up the handle hole in the tank. The color is a true dark oil rubbed bronze. I might've kept it except the toilet is right next to my sink with a Moen Brantford faucet, which isn't quite as dark as I was expecting.
The faucet is on the lighter end of oil-rubbed bronze but luckily I found a matching Moen Brantford toilet handle for $1 more so I'll. I just received and installed this lever in one of my Toto toilets. It fits just like the original and works fine. Some of the reviewers have remarked that this replacement lever is a cheap piece of junk.
I'm pretty sure both the new and original handles are metal. See my attached picture. It shows that this replacement is reinforced substantially compared with the original one.
In the picture I've disassembled the handles to show the spot where the original wore out. The top one is this one, the new one. The bottom is the original one.
There is a red circle around the wear damage. You should be able to see that the oval channel is deeper, thicker and also is reinforced with a fin. Others mention bad design.
But since I was curious how it could quickly chew through the metal handle, I unscrewed the plastic piece from the handle to take a closer look when it arrived. It was frozen hard and I couldn't get it off on the old broken one.
To my surprise, the end of the metal rod didn't have any finishing touch put on after the machining, and all the edges at the end was really really sharp. It will chisel through the metal handle with those knife sharp edges. I filed them down and rounded the edge nice and smooth. Soft touch to my skin. With this a little bit of touch up, I bet I doubled the life of this replacement part. ------- Ok, I'm changing to 4 stars after comparing it to the original handle, and noticed it was already mentioned in this.
